do you custom create menus?

We do, just ask and were happy to create you a custom proposal for any event!

what all is included in your services?

Event staff, serving items based on menu selections, dinner rolls, butter, sweet tea, unsweet tea, water, and classy plastic goods for dinner. (Plastic goods include Rolled linen like napkin with fork and knife, plastic plates for dinner and clear plastic cups.)

Event staff for 6 hours 1 hour prior to event for set up, 4 hours during events, and 1 hour after the event for clean-up

During the event our staff will refill all your food options, non-alcoholic drink stations, assist with your cake cutting, help with busing guest tables, and even help and maintain trash cans throughout the venue.

After the event our staff will break down all your food and non-alcoholic beverage stations, and even help assist with cleaning up the catering kitchen and follow any venue rules or guidelines.

What do you supply for set up?

We supply all of our very own serving supplies, complimentary linens, and basic decor. Should you want to add to your tablescape we are happy to work with you on any presentation you like for an additional fee of $100-$200 per table to include luxury decor and florals.

do you offer china?

We do, we partner with a local rental company to work with you on your rental needs. This price range is between $10-$20 more per person based on selections, includes China selections and labor.

do you offer plated sit-down dinner?

We do, we partner with a local rental company to work with you on your rental needs as well as supply the extra labor and staff for the table service. This price range is between $20-$30 more per person based on selections, includes China selections and labor.

do you offer bar services?

We offer licensed and insured bartenders and supplies for any private event. You supply the alcohol; we take care of the rest! Packages starting at $1,500 for 100 guests. Ask for a custom quote for next event.

do you offer Hors d’oeuvres style only options?

We do, just ask and were happy to create you a custom proposal for any event!

what size events do you cater to?

Because of the uniqueness of our services and trying to offer you affordable streamline catering services we currently are booking catering events with a minimum guest count of 150 or more within 40 miles from Ardmore, TN (Our Home Base)
